What is an appraisal?
An appraisal is the act of estimating cost, determining value, forecasting earnings, or providing a non-monetary opinion such as whether or not an item is genuine or fake based on supporting facts.
EquineUnlimited Equine Appraisal Service conducts business in accordance with the guidelines contained in the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) and the American Society of Equine Appraisers (ASEA) Code of Ethics.
How much does an appraisal cost?
Much like attorneys, in the world of appraisals, you get what you pay for. Our valuations are used in court, for tax purposes and with insurance companies. You can be confident that your appraisal and your appraiser will hold up to the highest standards including litigation and the IRS. EquineUnlimited offers appraisal services from $400 to $1,200, depending on the client's need and project scope. Please allow us the opportunity to provide a free, no obligation, written quotation.
